Moving to Clarington?
Clarington is the amalgamated communities of Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle and Orono, in South-Eastern Durham. Seemingly the fastest growing area of Durham, it has been growing quickly over the last several years and offers excellent value for commuters, with the expansion of GO Train service and Highway 407. There is also easy access to Highways 401 and 115 for those hoping for a weekend escape to the beautiful Kawartha Lakes (to the north) and Prince Edward County (to the East).
